Birlasoft was looking at a brand property to drive innovation amongst their employees.

The Challenge

QuizWorks approached Birlasoft with a customized property named
“Ideafest” that encouraged employees to “be innovative”.

The Solution

“Ideathon” for Idea Submissions, “Creative Genius” for Best Design and “Innovation Quotient” as the Quiz were the 3 primary contests created as part of the Ideafest. The property was open to all employees. “” was created that served as the website for the event. This established a shared medium of communication where employees submitted their innovative ideas, exchanged information regarding their projects and participated in online contests. Live quiz events were held in Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Noida.


More than 800 employees actively participated in the month long programme. There were over 1000 shares during “Creative Genius” and 150 entries for “Ideathon”.
