Birla Sunlife – Walk to Wall Street

Being a financial company that deals with dynamic and volatile changes, Birla Sun Life wanted to create a culture of learning and development through informal modes. Hence, QuizWorks designed a gamified initiative titled “Walk To Wall Street” – a contest aimed at providing knowledge about the Financial Service Industry and BSL related products to its sales representatives.

Spread over a period of 6 months, the online contest saw participation rates of 86% of the workforce and completion rates touched 80%. The initiative received a positive feedback from all participants.

Skills Used: – Game Design Thinking, Development of Online Quiz Engine, Design of Posters, Content Research and Development.
