As a company that considers Innovation as a key business metric, 3M needed an engagement concept around Innovation to engage high potential employees as a part of their training programme. Keeping innovation as the theme, QuizWorks created a quiz that tested the participant’s ability to connect the dots and find patterns in the questions to figure out the answers. Senior managers of prominent companies such as Titan, Amazon, Flipkart, Robert Bosch etc were the target audience for this initiative. On analyzing the data of reviews on content, delivery and engagement of the event, the participants rated it 5/5 stars.
